Section 41.13 - Incorporation by reference(a) A legal document on file with the Bureau in a provider appeal, and the exhibits or attachments thereto, may be incorporated by reference into another legal document that is subsequently filed in the same provider appeal.(b) A document may be incorporated by reference to the specific document and prior filing in which it was physically filed, but not by reference to another document that incorporates it by reference.(c) Subsections (a) and (b) supersede 1 Pa. Code §33.3 (relating to incorporation by reference).
