Section 41.82 - Amendments of requests for hearing(a) Amendments to a request for hearing will not be permitted except as specified in §§ 41.32(c) and 41.33(b) (relating to timeliness and perfection of requests for hearing; and appeals nunc pro tunc).(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code §§35.48-35.50 (relating to amendments of pleadings generally; amendments to conform to the evidence; and directed amendments).
