Section 20.57 - Restrictions on certificate of compliance(a) A certificate of compliance is issued to a legal entity for a specific facility or agency and is not transferrable.(b) A certificate of compliance is void without notice if one of the following conditions exist: (1) There is a change in the ownership of the legal entity of the facility or agency. A transfer of stock of a corporation does not, for purposes of this chapter, constitute a change of ownership of a legal entity.(2) There is a change in the name of the facility or agency.(3) There is a change in the location of the facility or agency.(4) There is a change in the profit or nonprofit status of the facility or agency.
