Section 20.22 - Reapplication(a) If the legal entity intends to continue operating the facility or agency, it shall complete and submit to the Department an application for a certificate of compliance at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the facility's or agency's existing regular or provisional certificate of compliance.(b) Application for renewal of a certificate of compliance shall be made in accordance with § 20.21 (relating to application form).
