Section 1057.6 - Application changes(a) An applicant for a limousine driver's certificate shall immediately notify the Authority in writing of any changes that affect the accuracy of the information in the application while the application is under review by the Authority.(b) False information provided by an applicant for a limousine driver's certificate will result in the denial of the application or cancellation of the driver's certificate if issued prior to discovery of the false information.
