Section 1021.6 - Application changes(a) An applicant for a taxicab driver's certificate shall immediately notify the Authority in writing of any changes that affect the accuracy of the information in the application while the application is under review by the Authority.(b) False information provided by an applicant for a taxicab driver's certificate will result in the denial of the application or cancellation of the driver's certificate if issued prior to discovery of the false information.
