Section 1017.39 - License plate change(a) A taxicab may not be operated with a license plate other than that which was assigned and attached to the taxicab at the time of its last compliance inspection.(b) A license plate other than the one referenced in subsection (a) may be attached to a taxicab only after email notification to the Manager of Enforcement. The notification must include the reason the replacement is to be made and the new license plate number.
