Section 1003.53 - Applications requiring notice(a) Notice of applications to the Authority for rights under the act will be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin and as may otherwise be required by the Authority. This subsection does not apply to applications for taxicab driver certificates or limousine driver certificates.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa.
