(a) The Clerk will maintain a docket of all proceedings, and each proceeding as initiated will be assigned an appropriate designation. The docket will be available for inspection and copying by the public during the Authority's office hours.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 33.51 (relating to docket).
