Section 1001.81 - Amendments(a) An amendment to a submittal or pleading may be tendered for filing at any time and will be deemed filed in accordance with § 1001.11 (relating to date of filing) unless the Authority or presiding officer otherwise orders.(b) Subsections (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 33.41 (relating to amendments).
