Section 1001.26 - Contemptuous conduct(a) Contemptuous conduct at a hearing before the Authority or a presiding officer will be grounds for exclusion from the hearing and for summary suspension without a hearing for the duration of the hearing.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 31.27 (relating to contemptuous conduct).
