Section 1001.7 - Amendment to rules(a) Persons may file a petition as provided in § 1005.23 (relating to petitions for issuance, amendment, repeal or waiver of Authority regulations) requesting a general and permanent change in this subpart.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 31.6 (relating to amendments to rules).
