Section 65.3 - Complaints(a)Investigations. A public utility shall make a full and prompt investigation of complaints made by the Commission or by others, including customers, relating to service or facilities.(b)Records of complaints. A public utility shall preserve for a period of at least 5 years, written service complaints showing the name and address of the complainant, the date and character of the complaint and the final disposition of the complaint.The provisions of this § 65.3 adopted March 25, 1946; amended August 15, 1980, effective 8/16/1980, 10 Pa.B. 3356.The provisions of this § 65.3 issued under the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa.
