Section 59.16 - Use of meters(a)Gas sold. Gas sold by a public utility shall be charged for by meter measurement, except in case of emergency, flat-rate street lighting, or if otherwise authorized by the Commission.(b)Other gas. Other gas, either used by a public utility or furnished to others, shall be metered and a record of the meter measurement made, unless otherwise authorized by the Commission.
