Section 57.12 - Complaints(a)Investigations. A public utility shall make a full and prompt investigation of complaints made by its customers, either directly to it or through the Commission.(b)Record of complaints. A public utility shall preserve written electric service complaints showing the name and address of the complainant, the date and nature of the complaint, the action taken and the date of final disposition.The provisions of this § 57.12 adopted February 25, 1946; amended through May 29, 1973.
