Section 53.41 - File of tariffs(a) Every public utility shall provide and maintain at its principal office, if the principal office is located in this Commonwealth, a complete file of the tariff publications which it issues or is a party to, which files shall be in charge of an employe of the company who shall give desired information and assistance to those who may wish to consult the file. This file of tariffs shall be open and accessible to the public on the ordinary business days and during the ordinary business hours of such office.(b) If the principal office of a utility is not located in this Commonwealth, the utility shall designate a place in this Commonwealth, to be approved by the Commission, where the complete file shall be kept.
