Section 29.354 - Vehicle and equipment requirements: paratransit service(a)Seating capacity. Paratransit service may be operated only in vehicles with seating capacities of 15 passengers or less, excluding the driver, unless otherwise specified in the certificate.(b)Handicapped service. Vehicles used to serve handicapped persons shall contain equipment necessary for the safety and comfort of handicapped passengers, including the equipment the Commission may specify by order.The provisions of this § 29.354 adopted January 23, 1981, effective 1/24/1981, 11 Pa.B. 409.
