Section 5.51 - Protest to an application(a) A person objecting to the approval of an application filed with the Commission may file a protest to the application.(b) Protests to motor carrier property applications are not permitted. See § 3.381(c) (relating to applications for transportation of property, household goods in use and persons).(c) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa.
