Section 45.308 - Exceptions(a) A licensee is not required to file with the Board a list of support personnel who do not engage in activities requiring formal education or training in the field of speech-language and hearing, the skill and knowledge of a licensed audiologist or speech-language pathologist, or the skill and knowledge of an assistant, as required under this subchapter.(b) This subchapter does not limit the activities of a student who is pursuing a program of study supervised by a person licensed under the act which leads to a degree in audiology or speech-language pathology in this Commonwealth.The provisions of this § 45.308 amended July 14, 2017, effective 7/15/2017, 47 Pa.B. 3814.The provisions of this § 45.308 amended under sections 5(2) and (7), 7(d)(1), 8(a) and 8.1 of the Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists Licensure Act (63 P.S. §§ 1705(2) and (7), 1707(d)(1), 1708(a) and 1708.1); and section 810(a)(3) and (7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P.S. § 279.1(a)(3) and (7)).
