Section 37.11 - Meetings of the Board(a)Regular meetings. The Board will hold a minimum of four regular meetings each year. The administrative assistant to the Board, in conjunction with the administrative office of the Bureau, will give notice of the time and place of each meeting of the Board in accordance with section 9 of the Sunshine Act (65 P. S. § 279).(b)Special meetings. Special meetings may be called at any time by the President of the Board. The administrative assistant to the Board, in conjunction with the administrative office of the Bureau, will give public notice of each special meeting at least 24 hours in advance of the time of convening of the meeting in accordance with section 9 of the Sunshine Act.The provisions of this §37.11 adopted March 30, 1917; amended February 10, 1984, effective 2/11/1984, 14 Pa.B. 448; amended January 21, 1994, effective 1/22/1994, 24 Pa.B. 518.
