Section 36.411 - Qualifications for registration as appraisal management company(a) An appraisal management company that is authorized to conduct business in this Commonwealth shall establish and maintain the requirements in this section during the period in which it offers or provides appraisal management services.(b) An appraisal management company shall have a compliance person.(c) An appraisal management company shall establish and maintain procedures that provide assurance of compliance with all of the following standards of appraisal management services:(1) Prevention of conduct or practices that compromise appraiser independence.(2) Verification of appraiser certification and qualifications.(3) Review of appraisal services for compliance with USPAP.(4) Availability of a process for resolution of consumer complaints.(5) Availability of a process for resolution of appraiser complaints.
