Section 29.67 - Approval or disapproval of educational conferences(a) The Board will notify an applicant for course approval as to the approval or disapproval of the application within 30 days of action taken by the Board at the next scheduled Board meeting.(b) A notice by the Board that it has failed to approve an application for an educational conference shall include a statement setting forth its reasons for disapproval.(c) An applicant whose application has been disapproved by the Board may submit a new application within 10 days after the receipt of the disapproval of application by the Board. Applications shall document the manner in which the proposed conference has been altered to comply with the Board's requirements.
