Section 29.65 - Compilation of official attendance list(a) The group, organization, or institution sponsoring an educational conference shall be responsible for designating an authorized representative to authenticate attendance and compile an official attendance list of Pennsylvania licensees in attendance at their conference.(b) It shall be the responsibility of the authorized representative to submit an official attendance list to the Board Office within 30 days following the final day of the conference.The provisions of this § 29.65 adopted February 22, 1980, effective 2/23/1980, 10 Pa.B. 849.
