Section 25.192 - Notification of termination of employment; change of address(a) The physician assistant is required to notify the Board of a termination of employment or change of mailing address within 15 days. Failure to notify the Board, in writing, of change in mailing address may result in failure to receive pertinent material distributed by the Board.(b) The supervising physician is required to notify the Board of a termination of his supervision of a physician assistant within 15 days.(c) Failure to notify the Board of a termination in the physician/physician assistant relationship shall provide a basis for disciplinary action against the physician assistant's license, the supervising physician's license or registration as a supervising physician.The provisions of this § 25.192 adopted April 23, 1982, effective 4/24/1982, 12 Pa.B. 1332; amended January 31, 2014, effective 2/1/2014, 44 Pa.B. 589.The provisions of this § 25.192 issued under section 506 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P.
