Section 21.821 - CNS standards of conduct(a) In addition to the standards of conduct for a professional nurse set forth in § 21.18 (relating to standards of nursing conduct), a CNS shall perform only those services that comprise the practice of professional nursing as defined in section 2(1) of the act (63 P.S. § 212(1)).(b) A CNS practicing in this Commonwealth shall maintain a level of professional liability coverage as set forth in section 8.5(e) of the act (63 P.S. § 218.5(e)).
