Section 21.804 - Approved educational programs(a) The Board will approve educational programs as set forth in section 6.2(c) of the act (63 P.S. § 216.2(c)).(b) The Board will maintain a list of approved educational programs on its web site as set forth in section 6.2(c)(2) of the act.(c) Educational programs that prepare nurses to practice as CNSs created after March 20, 2008, shall submit evidence that the program meets the criteria in section 6.2(c)(1) of the act to the Board for inclusion on the list of approved programs.
