In this subchapter, the Board:
(1) Provides for certification of CNSs who meet the qualifications set forth in the act.(2) Administers the act by providing rules and regulations relating to the issuance and renewal of CNS certification.(3) Provides rules and regulations for the conduct of CNSs.(4) Regulates the practice of CNSs.
