In this subchapter the Board:
(1) Provides for licensure of dietitian-nutritionists who meet the qualifications set forth in the act.(2) Administers the act by providing rules and regulations for the practice of dietetics-nutrition.(3) Provides rules and regulations for the conduct of licensees.(4) Regulates the practice of LDNs.
