Section 19.35 - Subsequent pleadings(a)Answer. The respondent, and any intervenor on behalf of the respondent, may not file an answer to a protest until directed to do so by a scheduling order issued by the Board. An answer must either admit or deny each numbered paragraph of the protest, in accordance with 1 Pa. Code § 35.35 (relating to answers to complaints and petitions), and may contain averments of new matter.(b)Reply to new matter.
