The provisions of this § 19.4 amended under sections 4 and 30(b) of the Board of Vehicles Act (63 P.S. §§ 818.4 and 818.30(b)); and sections 302(a)(9), 330(a) and 332.1(c) of the Board of Vehicles Act (63 P.S. §§ 818.302(a)(9), 818.330(a) and 818.332a(c)).
