Section 16.2 - Rules governing Board activities and proceedings(a) Under 1 Pa. Code § 31.1 (relating to scope of part), the General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure-1 Pa. Code Part II-are applicable to the activities of and proceedings before the Board unless they are inconsistent with statutes administered by the Board or this chapter or Chapters 17 or 18 (relating to State Board of Medicine-medical doctors; and State Board of Medicine-practitioners other than medical doctors).(b) Official Board meetings shall be conducted according to Robert's Rules of Order.
