Section 11.34 - SolicitationA licensee may not, by any direct personal communication, solicit an engagement to perform professional services:
(1) If the communication would violate § 11.33 (relating to advertising) if it were public communication.(2) By the use of coercion, duress, compulsion, intimidation, threats, overreaching or vexatious or harassing conduct.The provisions of this § 11.34 adopted August 15, 1980, effective 8/16/1980, 10 Pa.B. 3354.The provisions of this § 11.34 issued under section 506 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 186); and section 3(10)-(12) of The CPA Law (63 P. S. § 9.3(10)-(12)).
