Section 11.34 - SolicitationA licensee may not, by any direct personal communication, solicit an engagement to perform professional services:
(1) If the communication would violate § 11.33 (relating to advertising) if it were public communication.(2) By the use of coercion, duress, compulsion, intimidation, threats, overreaching or vexatious or harassing conduct.The provisions of this §11.34 adopted August 15, 1980, effective 8/16/1980, 10 Pa.B. 3354.The provisions of this §11.34 issued under section 506 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P.
