Section 7.15 - Appointment of Commandant; qualifications(a) The Adjutant General will appoint the Commandant of a State Veterans Homes.(b) The Commandant of a State Veterans Home shall be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator under the statutes and regulations of the Commonwealth.The provisions of this § 7.15 amended April 18, 1986, effective 4/19/1986, 16 Pa.B. 1425.
