Section 9.122 - Where approval required(a) Where liquor or alcohol is to be received for deposit "in bond" from a distillery not on the same or contiguous premises, or from another Internal Revenue Bonded Warehouse, approval of the transfer shall be obtained from the Board, on forms furnished by the Board.(b) Where liquor and alcohol is to be received for deposit "in bond" from a distillery on the same or contiguous premises, no approval from the Board is necessary.The provisions of this § 9.122 adopted June 26, 1952; amended through August 29, 1966.
