Section 105.14 - Legal representation(a) Appointing authorities shall be represented by counsel presently admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.(b) Appellants may represent themselves, or may be represented by anyone presently admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. This does not prohibit representation on behalf of either an appointing authority or an appellant by a legal intern certified under the Pennsylvania Bar Admission Rules.(c) A person other than one noted in subsection (b) will not be permitted to represent an appellant at a hearing of the Commission.(d) In all cases, where a legal representative represents an appellant, notices of the date of hearing and of the decision, and other communication arising from the case, shall be directed to the legal representative.
