Section 607a.8 - Representation(a) A respondent appearing before the Office of Administration may do so on their own behalf or may be represented by an attorney licensed to practice law in this Commonwealth or a legal intern certified by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. An appointing authority shall be represented by an attorney licensed to practice law in this Commonwealth or a legal intern certified by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Attorneys and legal interns shall file with the Docket Clerk an entry of appearance with the Office of Administration.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § § 31.21, 31.22, 31.23 and 31.24.
