Section 602a.20 - Request for certification(a)Generally. Upon the request of an appointing authority, the Office of Administration will certify from the appropriate eligible list(s) as many eligibles who have applied for the vacancy as necessary to satisfy the employment needs of the appointing authority.(b)Types of certified eligible lists. The Office of Administration shall certify as many types of eligible lists as requested by the appointing authority, including, but not limited to, lists containing only the names of those eligibles currently employed by the appointing authority; lists containing only the names of those eligibles currently employed by the Commonwealth; lists containing only the names of those eligibles possessing selective criteria imposed in accordance with the act and this subpart; and lists containing only the names of those eligibles who are veterans.
