Section 602a.17 - Amendment of eligible lists(a)Amendments permitted. The Office of Administration may amend an eligible list to correct a clerical error; to correct an eligible's score; to indicate a change in veteran status; to add or remove a name; or to suspend or change an applicant's eligibility for certification, appointment or promotion.(b)Effect of amendment. An amendment to an eligible list may not disadvantage an eligible lawfully appointed or promoted to the relevant position based on a valid certification previously issued.
