Section 256.4 - Funding of programs other than county programs(a) The Council reserves the right to directly fund such projects designated as: (3) Projects that have statewide impact.(5) Projects in a county which is not in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Council.(b) Review and comment from the SCA shall be sought prior to approval of these projects.
