Section 254.10 - Required signatures on grants and contracts(a) For a single county, the signatures of at least two county commissioners and the attestation of the chief clerk is required.(b) For a joinder, the authorized representative Board of Commissioners of each county must sign, and each signature must be attested to by the chief clerks of the respective counties.
