Section 89.26 - Representation(a) The claimant or subdivision, or both, may appear in propria persona or be represented by counsel. The Bureau will be represented by counsel regularly representing or especially designated to represent the Bureau.(b) Subsection (a) supplements 1 Pa. Code § § 31.21-31.23 (relating to representation before agency); subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 31.24 (relating to notice of appearance).
