The Secretary of Administration will administer the records management program for the Commonwealth. The Secretary will determine policies, consistent with section 2813-C of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P.S. § 71 P.S. § 71-720.13), develop standards and establish procedures to control the maintenance, transfer, microfilming, preservation, retention and disposition of records and the acquisition of filing equipment.
