Section 431.34 - Scope of waiver(a) At the beginning of each calendar year, the Board will publish a list of specific topics available for waiver consideration.(b) The Board will grant a waiver of continuing education for those topics that also were covered in the certification training for municipal police officers or deputy sheriffs.
