Section 431.13 - Annual certification(a) If a constable successfully completes continuing education, the Board will certify the constable for the next calendar year.(b) To maintain continuous certification, a constable shall complete continuing education during the calendar year following the year in which the constable completed one of the following: (2) The basic training waiver examination.(3) A previous course of continuing education.
