Section 241.4 - Law enforcement agency enrollment(a) The Commission will publish information on the Commission's public web site regarding procedures for agencies to enroll in TACS.(b) A law enforcement agency shall enroll in TACS as directed on the Commission's public web site within 30 days of a determination by the law enforcement agency that the law enforcement agency is subject to the act.(c) A law enforcement officer who is employed with a law enforcement agency and whose information is contained in TACS will be eligible to participate in the Commission's annual in-service training program.
