Section 171.121 - Offers of settlement(a) Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as precluding any participant in a case from submitting at any time offers of settlement or proposals of adjustments to all parties or from requesting a conference with the Administrator or his deputy for such purpose. Unaccepted proposals of settlement or of adjustment shall be privileged and shall not be admissible in evidence against any counsel or person claiming such privilege.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 35.115 (relating to offers of settlement).
