Section 171.72 - Selection of panelists by stipulation(a) The parties may not be restricted to the arbitration panel members selected by the Administrator. Prior to the selection of panel members by the Administrator or at any time there is a vacancy on an arbitration panel, the parties may file with the Administrator a stipulation requesting the Administrator to fill any vacancy with a named person to serve within the appropriate category.(b) The panel member candidates will be invited to serve by the Administrator.
