Section 171.47 - Withdrawal of motions(a) Where a party wishes to withdraw his preliminary objections or motion, he shall promptly file a praecipe to withdraw the preliminary objections or motion from consideration.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 35.51 (relating to withdrawal of pleadings).
