Section 171.95 - Trial briefs(a) At least 7 days prior to the beginning of the arbitration hearing, each party, by filing the original with the Administrator and a copy with the panel chairperson, shall submit to the panel a trial brief.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 35.221 (relating to briefs and oral agreement in absence of proposed report).
