Section 171.104 - Limitation on matters considered(a) Arbitration panel members shall not consider or bring into the deliberations any matters not admitted into evidence, but may consider those facts of which a court could properly take judicial notice and the chairperson shall so charge the panel.(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 35.173 (relating to official notice of facts).
